Where are you based?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia but we do ship worldwide to most countries for free!

 

How long does delivery take?

On average it takes 5-10 for your order to arrive from dispatch. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive depending on the country.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at contact@motyra.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

 

Do you deliver products internationally?

We offer free shipping to Australia, and we can deliver to most countries around the world.

 

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments safely.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

 

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at contact@motyra.com and provide your new address.

 

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped out. You will be able to track it directly on our tracking page

 

Do I need to pay custom fees?

No! Motyra ships to our customers with duty & taxes paid. No bad surprises

 

How to do a return?

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@motyra.com and we will assist you through the necessary steps.

 

My item arrived damaged!

Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with bubble bags and packaging to protect your items but in rare cases your item(s) may arrive damaged, please

email us at contact@motyra.com and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.

 

How are refunds processed?

1. Credit Card 

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. 

2. Debit Visa Card

Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. 

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.
